New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival 1976
This t-shirt replicates a poster for the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival which took place between the 9th and 18th April 1976. The two venues featured are the SS President Riverboat and the Fair Grounds Racecourse and a recording of some of the artists was released on a double album by Island Records . Appearing at the Festival among others were Allen Toussaint , Big Joe Turner , Professor Longhair , Lee Dorsey , Ernie K-Doe , Irma Thomas and Lightnin' Hopkins .
