Purple Hearts are an English mod revival band, formed in 1977 in Romford. They have gone through various line up changes over the years and toured the UK in 2025 for the 45th Anniversary of their debut album Beat That! with Robert Manton (vocals & percussion) and Jeff Shadbolt (bass guitar) from the original line up, joined by John Wratten (lead guitar) and Andy Orr (drums). This design was one we sold at gigs the year previous, signed by the band members for Newcastle's own Purple Hearts superfan Keith Hallowell and reproduced for him by Night Design. Originally in white, it is now available in a few more colours by request.
